Rules for domestic use of MDF facades

• Products made of MDF board and covered with PVC film are highly aesthetic and highly resistant to environmental influences. At the same time, during their operation, certain conditions should be observed and they should be used according to their functional purpose.
• Furniture parts have a decorative function and are intended for installation on cabinet furniture.
• Furniture with MDF parts can be installed both in residential and industrial premises.
• In some cases, MDF parts can be installed outside. However, this can lead to a significant deterioration of consumer qualities and damage to parts.
• It is not recommended to subject facades to prolonged cooling below -100C, as cracking and peeling of the film may occur.
• To avoid grooving and swelling of MDF board products, they should be protected from prolonged exposure to moisture and steam.
• Parts must be operated in a room with a relative humidity of no more than 80%.
• It is not recommended to expose facades to long-term exposure to heat radiation from household appliances (ovens, stoves, radiators, etc.) above + 500C, which can cause warping and peeling of the film.
• Parts should be cared for using high-quality detergents and polishes that do not contain abrasive materials and organic solvents.
• To refresh the surface of the parts and remove stains, it is recommended to use a soap solution, to remove dust - use a soft dry cloth.
• Products should be protected from damage that can be caused by hard contact with hard objects and excessive threat of physical violence.
• The presence of domestic animals in the premises can also lead to damage to the facades.

Warranty obligations

• The manufacturer of furniture parts undertakes warranty obligations for 24 months from the moment of production of the products, subject to compliance with the conditions of transportation, storage, assembly and the rules of operation of the products.
• Claims regarding the quality of facades are accepted within the warranty period at the place of purchase of the products, upon presentation of the product order form and a document confirming the payment of the order.
• Guarantee obligations include the elimination of defects in products that have arisen due to the manufacturer's fault, or the replacement of products with a detected manufacturing defect.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by the following reasons:

1) If there is mechanical damage that occurred during loading and unloading operations, transportation, storage, installation.

2) If there are traces of high temperatures, aggressive liquids or abrasive materials on the parts.

3) In this case, caused by natural wear and tear of the product.

4) In the case of damage caused by violation of the rules of operation or use of products for other purposes.

5) In case of intentional damage to the product.
